Our story

My mom opened Mahoney Oaks Retreat Center in January 2017 and from the beginning I always wanted to open a quilt shop close by so the retreaters could shop. My Dad had built a barn for all his collection of antiques in hopes of opening an antique store one day. He and I had the idea of putting my quilt shop in that barn for the time being, and there began Cara's Quilt Barn.

We are open Wednesday — Saturday 10am-4pm. But you can shop here on the site anytime!
